I have recently been given some pre-employment testing called Prophecy. I am an educator and have set exams and curriculum for students, I have been through many tests myself not only paper test, but also computer tests. I have never experienced anything like these tests. The test is timed giving you a minute to answer a question and if you are timed out and do not get to finish, you fail. They do not even give you answers. I paid 10.00 to get a practice exam. It was still timed and if you fail they do not give you answers. I have always had practice tests that are not timed and give you the opportunity to check your answers. If I asked you to read a statement about drug administration and then asked you to do complex calculations I would set the question to give at least a minimum of 2 mins. Has anyone else encountered these tests and what was your experience?
