Hi everyone, I have an interview for the VALOR opportunity at my local VA Medical Center. I specifically have an interview for the Med-Surg Unit. This opportunity will allow me to work one on one with a preceptor for 400 hours. I'm still a nursing student, and they're only giving me a couple days to prepare for this interview. This will be my first "new grad" style interview. Does anyone have any advice on how I can prepare? I was thinking of brushing up on my Med-Surg for the scenario questions.
