  1. That sounds pretty easy!! I’m super excited to start!
  2. A few of the girls I graduated LPN school with will also be starting in July! We have pretty fun study groups if you are interested! My A&P 1 expires next year so I’m hoping they don’t try and make me retake it! New student orientation? Like you already have your classes signed up?
  3. Yes! That is the plan. I’m hoping all of my credits transfer ? I have everything turned in except my LPN transcripts that I need to mail. I plan to do that Monday. I’m wondering how long it will take to complete with my credits transferred
  4. Well congratulations! I did a virtual orientation/admissions meeting yesterday. So hopefully everything goes smoothly. How often are you going to campus?
  5. Thinking about applying and starting in July. How difficult was it to get accepted?
  6. I there! I am currently enrolled in the LPN program at Suncoast Tech. Some of my fellow students and myself are planning to apply to the LPN-RN bridge in August of 2019. Has anyone done the transition program at SCF? What is the class schedule like? How difficult is the transition program? Any tips? Thanks!
  7. Ebic123 Try to Suncoast and get your LPN then do the transition program. You will be in school about the same amount of time and it is pretty much an automatic acceptance. (:
  8. I could not find any information on Suncoast Workforce. I did find a company but it was for job placements in Sarasota-Manatee?
  9. Thanks that helps!! I will do some research on it. But I am worried about rent, car, electric, basic expenses. I know that I will have to cut back on work to get through the program. And that makes me nervous...
  10. I am my only support. So I am nervous that I won't be able to pay bills only working part time. Is there a offer for night classes? Thank you so much for the information. I was thinking no one was going to respond and I would have to figure it out as I go lol
  11. Thank you so much for replying!! No, I think I am going to stick with SCF. I have A&P II, Micro, Stats, and DEP to take. I am going to try and take A&P this summer and Mico in the Fall. Then I will apply for Spring 2017. I am just worried about not being able to work and focus on school.
  12. I posted a thread for SCF student about the schedule. I work A LOT of hours at work and I am trying to prepare for the nursing schedule for Spring 2017.
  13. Good day! I am still in prerequisites. I plan to apply to the nursing program at State College of Florida Spring 2017. I have all A's and one B so far. However, I work a very demanding job. My typical work week is about 55-65 hours. I am doing the majority of my classes online expect science of course. How much time should I be prepared to spend during my first two semesters in the program? What do those semester schedules look like? I am trying to save and pre plan to not work as much. Thank you so much in advance!
