  1. Hi!I am rehab nurse working here in Saudi Arabia and I also have friends working in KFSH. They tell me it's a busy hospital but it depends on your area. If you're looking to save money, Saudi is a good choice since the salary is tax free. There are a lot of rules over here especially for women, you're not allowed to drive and have to wear an abaya when going out. I hear it is much stricter in Riyadh than where I currently work. I can go in public with my hair uncovered when it is VERY hot, but I would advise against it since people WILL stare, and as a women you dont need that kind of attention. To be honest,this place can be boring. But it pays well and my medical insurance is topnotch, so Im still here..... until my contract ends. Goodluck to you!
