    Thank you! How was the health assessment exam? Any advice would be great. I am trying to finish the BSN in 6 months and once I have access I want to start ASAP. Good to know Nutrtion shouldn't be too bad.

    Hi All! I've been lurking this board for a while to see if I wanted to go with WGU and now I have taken the plunge. I'm a bit disappointed I have to take Nutrition and a Health Assessment course which I took similar courses in my ADN. Anyhow, I want to get these two classess out of the way ASAP. What is everyone's thoughts in the final exam for these classes? Can an RN just take the test? Also, I read that you have to record yourself for the heath assessment course?
