HI guys! I live in south Florida too...Broward county...and I am having a very difficult time finding a preceptor for my class that starts in May. I have called and emailed so many places and I am not having any luck. I also signed up with ENP Network a received no replies. I'm also on a Facebook page to help connect preceptors and students and also got no replies. I am in the FNP program at South University. The first clinical rotation is Physical Assessments, it's 11 weeks long and I need 60 hours. The second rotation is Adult & Geri, it's 11 weeks long and I need 180 hours. It can be in an urgent care setting or in a family practice setting and I can precept with a physician or an NP. My nursing background is ER and psych. If either of you are still in the area and have any contacts or are willing to by my preceptor, I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks!
