I recommend you visit the NCSBN's website and make sure you have a fair knowledge on all the areas you need to know for the exams...its all listed there. Then go in for UWORLD and make sure u get the rational for all the answers....that's what I did and passed the first time as a Ghanaian nurse.......I'm now an American nurse lol....Good luck!

Purchase Uworld AGAIN and try to finish the entire bank DELIGENTLY because its clear you Ok with content,looking at your score..Its the best review so far in my opinion.Eachperson I know of used Uworld and passed the first time including me,a graduated nurse from Africa.Good luck to you and all upcoming test takers!

I'm glad you will be doing UWORLD this time around.I used it and it was VERY helpful.Forget about the past and just stay focused and you'll be fine cos you got this.

Review the rationals DELIGENTLY and you good to go.I used Uworld and passed the first try finishing at 75q.HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Try and look at the test plan on NCSBN and make sure you have a fair idea on EACH topic because you can never know the kind of questions you going to meet that day. Good luck!

Cudnt reply privately cos i dnt meet the criteria lol.So sorry my account has expired.Had lots of SATA made up of isolation precaution,immunization,lab values,new born assessments,CABG, TURP,etc.I looked at the NCSBN test plan and made sure i had a fair idea on EVERYTHING stated there and it really helped me.Go Girl!

Would suggest you go to NCSBN to look at the test plan.all topics you need to know for the test are stated there.try to have an idea on All of them.That is what i did and it really helped.Also focus on the test taking strategies in Saunders .Good luck

Took the exams yesterday morning and found out i passed.All thanks be to God.Really cried my eyes out post test cos i had too many SATA, lots of prioritization nd one drag and drop.Used Saunders and Hurst for content,Lacharity and Uworld.HIGHLY recommend UWORLD cos questions were similar with the same interface.At a point in time i had to remind myself i was taking NCLEX nd not Uworld.All you need is to review the rationals DELIGENTLY.

Soo happy today because i found out i passed the NCLEX RN the First time with 75qs after taking it yesterday .Im a foreign educated nurse and that is the more reason im happy.I really cried my eyes out after the exams cos more than half of my questions were SATA, the rest being priotization and 1 drag nd drop .I really thank God nd I believe prayers nd determination helped.I used Saunders,Lacharity,Hurst,Uworld(highly recommend),watched youtube for some procedures :).i HIGHLY recommend uworld cos the questions were similar with the SAME interface.just make sure you review ALL the rationals DILIGENTLY.Good luck to all upcoming test takers!
