  1. Hi, everyone. I'm Brie, I'm 25, and I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS (Postural Orthosatic Tachycardia Syndrome), and PCOS. I live in Wisconsin and work as a CNA, though I'm unable to work as one currently due to complications of my EDS. I have always wanted to be a nurse, but recently I have failed multiple pre-employment physicals for CNA jobs. I was wondering if my disability could be accommodated in nursing school (ADN) and at future jobs. I am looking for advice from anyone else who may be dealing with a physical limitation but is still able to work as an RN in any type of setting, but everyone else is welcome to offer advice as well. Thank you.
