being new to ir nursing, and fresh out of an icu where we ran our own codes, i was just wondering how it works in other places...do you guys typically run your own codes in the interventional rooms? (obviously, the goal is not to have one happen at all)..this dept does not run their own, most of the staff disappears when one does occur...i find this very frustrating, and cannot help but wonder how that might effect pt outcome....
