Screwed

Hey there, I attend ecpi and they decided that we must take a Kaplan predictor in order to graduate. Unfortunately I failed it the first time. We had to take predictor 2 and they caught people cheating and changed the test which I failed again. I was to retake the class again I was prepared to take it, but I received a phone call saying congratulations we are sending your transcript and you can sit for nclex. 2 weeks goes by and they called us back in saying we changed our minds, u must take take a predictor. They gave me a predictor which all the students who took it failed, but they let them go since they passed predictor 2. What I'm trying to say I finished in June 2015 and they are still holding my transcript. Can someone help me please. I have been working with a nclex tutor and she said I have a high chance of passing my boards the first time.
