  1. while I've never personally shoved a nurse...I have been beligerent to them before...I'm very particulary about my OR...I've told many to leave...they're expendable...just bring in another one who is somewhat bright and coherent and the surgery will go fine...the one thing I learned during my neurology clerkship in London during my trainng at PENN by the attending neurosurgeon there..."Surgery is a miracle and surgeons are gods that walk the face of the earth." I don't have a god complex...however, when somebody is praying when I go into surgery...who do you think they're really praying to??
