Hey LonghornChic, I'm a previous Summer III from this past summer. I had a classmate who applied and did NOT get accepted. She also received this letter. So, with that being said I believe that the letter you received is legitimate and has come from a reputable source. I would also say that it is not "just a mass mailing to new grads." I would assume that they are welcoming you back with arms wide open. The nurse placement officers at Mayo spoke highly of applicants who did not get accepted and wish they could have taken everyone. I got an email around 2:15pm. I did get an offer, yay!!! Congrats to all who have gotten offers and good luck to those who are still waiting. My last name also starts with an "M." If that helps...

@annabsn2016 I haven't heard anything either, but I am sure they will let us know either way. I am sure we are ALL qualified candidates, there is just a limited amount of spots. I think its a great accomplishment to be one out of the last 100 out of 1000 for who applied. I honestly wish you all the best of luck
