    I am a newly graduated RN and am very close to taking my state boards exam. I have been prepping for about five weeks and am still extremely nervous. I am using a variety of resources to prepare; Kaplan review book, Saunders Q&A, UWorld test bank as well as Nclex Mastery RN app. I am still struggling with the select all that apply questions and am looking for advice. I run into problems when the question pertains to a subject or disease process that I have never even heard of or not very familiar with, how am I supposed to answer correctly?! I am also curious about average scores of those of you who are using the Nclex Mastery App! Thanks in advance :)
