  1. Hello, for those who are asking for the nclex study guide i mentioned before, i'm sorry, i'd loved to send it but one of the senior moderators from this forum called my attention that it would be illegal to send the material, they said it was a copyright and was not consented by the owner to be shared or copied. I would just advise to concentrate in the saunders, lippincott and la charity book. Whatever on the study guide is was from the book saunders too, it was just simplified and pneumonics was made. I know that study guide is somewhere here in the forum for i also found it here and someone posted it. You can all do it, just focus on the materials you have. Answer practice questions everyday.
  2. Hi, yes, test anxiety played a huhe role on my previous failures plus not having the time to study because i've been working almost everyday, my body and mind is already tired so i can't focus. But the last time i took the exam, i took some time off to review, i am more relaxed, and the day before my exam, i didn't even bother to open my reviewer. The next day, i didn't think about the exam until i sat infront of the computer. So just relax, stay calm and you can do it
  3. My apologies then, i thought it was meant to be shared because it was posted in a public forum by the one i thought created it. I found it helpful that it may help others too that's why i shared it too. Rest assured it will not be posted nor shared again. Thanks
  4. I didn't know it's not authorized to share because it was posted here in allnurses.com by the one who made it, in a pdf form, to be seen and copied by the struggling people like me to help pass the nclex.
  5. Hi, i just sent you an email.. :)
  6. Hello.. :) I have it on my email and sending it to everybody who needs it. I copied and saved it before. I can also send it to your email..
  7. Hi my fellow RN's and soon to be RN's i just want to let all of you know that the email i am sending you is the study guide posted by our fellow RN here in allnurses.com a few years ago. I just copied it and saved it on my laptop. It helped me a lot so i'm trying to give back by also helping others. So the credits should all go to her/him. Thank you and Goodluck!! :)
  8. Sure. í ½í¸Š
  9. Let's hope and pray for a good result. But whatever happens don't give up. Take a rest for now, don't think about it. Tomorrow we'll find out. Let us know.
  10. Hi EmBeeC, i just sent you an email, it includes a snapshots of the books i used. I highly recommend that if you lack content, read saunders by chapter, then answer the practice questions on lippincott after each chapter. Don't jump to another chapter unless you finish andget scores higher than 80%, that way it will help you understand and retain the questions and rationales.
  11. Hi hopeH, i have a message on your inbox. í ½í¸Š
  12. Thank you rtbml. Yes, don't give up! You can do it. You'll pass! í ½í¸Š
  13. Sure. Send me your email address. í ½í¸Š
  14. I advised that you just use 3 books, saunders for the content, lippincot for questions and la charity for prioritization and delegation.. thank you and good luck to you too! You can do it!
  15. Honestly, i didn't finish the contents of NCSBN, but i did finished the questions and read the rationales carefully. Some of the questions appeared on my exam before, but the choices and the sentences are different. I didn't tried hurst. I was too skeptical to try it.
  16. Thank you so much! í ½í¸Š
  17. I did read full the saunders book, i have my notebook too, i wrote the diseases, the early signs and symptoms, treatments and diet, that was advised by my reviewer before which is good 'coz when you are writing you remember it too. I tried Uworld before, i may say it's good too but it didn't work well with me because i lack in content. I suggest use lippincot and la charity too, it really helps.
  18. Hi i just sent you an email. í ½í¸Š
  19. Thank you! I studied exactly 30days before my exam. I only focus on the questions and rationales on ncsbn, some of the questions there appeared on my previous exams, they just change the sentences and options. for the content i prefer saunders. For prioritizations and delegations la charity is the best book to use. For practice questions use the lippincot, what i did is i study per content then answer the practice questions before jumping to the next one. Most important thing to do is always pray, i remember while taking my last exam i prayed for every question, maybe that's why i finished the exam in 5hours and 45min haha.. you can do it, if i did it i know you can too!
  20. Hi, don't loose hope. I took NCLEX 8 times, i know how it feels, it is depressing but always remember you are born to be a nurse, this is your dream, your goal, so never give up. Take atleast a week rest, try to pre occupy yourself, that's what i did before, then after that, compose yourself, start your study plan, on my last exam i even made my own calendar and put there every chapter that i need to study so i can keep up because i'm also working. Study atleast 2hours per day, do a lot of practice questions, read each rationale carefully, and go back to the questions that you answered incorrectly. You can do this!
  21. Do some practice questions, from there you can assess if you really need help from a review center or you can do a self review. If you are somewhat near NJ i can recommend you my reviewer/tutor before. She's really good. Try to use saunders, lippincot and la charity too. La charity will help you with delegations and prioritizations.
  22. Hi, i'm very happy to help.. í ½í¸Š I used saunders, lippincot, la charity and ncsbn. I also used the material given by my reviewer before. I study atleast 2hours per night. Study on the time you are most awake. I'm usually awake after working so my study time is from 12am-2am or 12am-4am. Oh by the way, i also found a good material here in allnurses.com, somebody that passed a few years ago posted it, it's like a summary and pneumonics of the materials i used, that helped me a lot to because the things listed there was easy to remember. If you have an email i can send it to you.
  23. Same thing with my exam, 265 questions, a lot of sata, 4 drag and drop, 2 ekg strips and 1 math. í ½í¸Š I'll be praying for you!
  24. Thank you so much! í ½í¸Š
