I'm about to start my new job as a night shift nurse. It's my first job and I'm very worried because I don't know how to get ready to work nights. Please I take any advice !!

Hey there, thanks for replying! I interviewed one on one with the unit manager. It was pretty much the same questions. It is for the Internship as well in the med-surg unit in Forsyth. It's hard to get a job in pediatrics in Georgia. It's an internship so after the 12 weeks you have to commit to stay 2 years with them. I hate breaking the contract because it's probably going to affect me in the long run. Have you done Med-Surg? It was a hard rotation at school for sure!

I found my first job in a med-surg unit but I have to commit for 2 years. My passion is pediatrics but I feel that I need to start gaining experience wherever I can. I'm afraid of the 2 years .. Any opinions or advise will be appreciated !
