I also just passed the NCLEX. To prepare, I spent a good 2 weeks reviewing the Saunders book, especially Mat/Peds since I felt as though I forgot everything I learned that semester. About 20 questions in, I had to take a moment and give myself a pep talk because I was over-thinking everything. I had 10-15 SATA and lots of prioritization and delegation questions. After about an hour and 75 questions later, I walked out feeling like I just got run over by a train. A day later, I found out I passed! Just be sure to take the extra 3 seconds and read each question twice so that you are absolutely sure of what it's asking. Good luck!
