I'm a new nurse on tele unit What is PAT and PSVT and how do they occur and when to let doctor know? my pt was NSR all throughout then had 9-11sec of PAT and PSVT. no symptoms at all. just found on the strips. please teach me more about it tele experts! thank you !

Just got my license in March and after long time of searching for jobs, i was offered as a nurse manager position at a nursing&rehab center. I wanted to get a job at a hospital and get some exp during my first year, but it seems there aren't many positions aval. around here. Should I accept this job? I mean, I've been searching and searching for 2 months now, and many are looking for experienced RNs.

I just got my license and moved to upstate New York and submitted many applications as I could. Since there are not many hospitals around here, I had a interview at a local nursing&rehab center just in case. However, they offered me for a nurse manager position here. What do you think if a new grad RN starting a first job as a nurse manager at a nursing home? Should I keep looking for a job at a hospital? Because it doesn't seem easy to get a job here in upstate ny. Any thoughts or advices for me please?
