  1. Hahaha so much yes to this. Anxiety and anticipation are at an all time high. Crossing my fingers for a positive outcome!
  2. The program feels so competitive, its enough to make you doubt yourself! Its hard to stand out among such high caliber applicants, but I'm really hopeful. Dedicating yourself to a CNM degree is really impressive. I'm interested in getting my masters eventually, but I want a few years of clinical practice to be sure it is the best fit for me as well. Hopefully we only have a few weeks of not so patiently waiting to hear if we've made the cut. Good luck!
  3. Hi Delfena, my BA is in history and my BS is in biology. I work in Surgical Oncology now at OHSU I have always been interested in oncology, OR nursing or working in the ED. Do you have an area of specific interest?
  4. Hi! I just stumbled upon this and realized what a great resource it can be. I have also applied for OHSU's 2016 ABSN program. I'm not going to lie, you guys have terrified me with your near perfect GPAs. Mine is 3.60 from my degree holding institution, however I took a lot of college classes in high school and the grades didn't matter as much back them. With those added in my overall cumulative is 3.49. I have a BA and a BS from OSU. I'm nervous but very hopeful that I get the opportunity to take this next step in my education.
