Hi everyone! I am in the process of looking for my first post-grad RN job, and am trying to figure out the big differences between working at Inova Fairfax Hospital or Sibley Memorial Hospital. I am looking to work in Women's Health (Postpartum/FCC units). Does anyone have experience with either of these hospitals and would be able to comment on which is a better place to start a career? Both positions appear to have a good educational component, but I will be relocating to the DC area so am not very familiar with either hospital's reputation, outside of the easy to find rankings. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
