  1. Hi everyone, this is my first post (even though I'm a long time lurker of the forums), so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place. I'm absolutely dedicated to earning my BSN & have spent the past year my exploring different options on how to go about it. It seems the most productive path for me would be to become an LPN & then go for an LPN to BSN program. I'd be so appreciative if anyone has gone this route, or knows anything about it. I have a fear of for-profit tech schools, and unfortunately my community college doesn't offer an LPN program. Is pursuing an LPN program a viable option to eventually earn my BSN? Will I actually be able to transfer into a BSN program? Or will other colleges & future employers only want to see that I started with an ASN? Thanks for any information!
  2. I'm looking into the same program in western PA. Hope you get some info/replys so I can read them too. Good luck :)
