  1. Hello all.. I'm feeling very down after I got rejected from a casual position. I have all the qualifications and experience but I didn't get the job and it's a job I really wanted. During the interview I had to disclose I was already full time but wanted a casual job on the side. I don't know if they just didn't like me or the fact that I'm full time was a deal breaker...
  2. Hello all, I recently had an interview for a prn position and the interviewer was asking me what kind of position I am currently in. She asked me if I was part time and I said I was full time...Do you think this hurt my chances? I told her I have the 4 on 5 off schedule so I am willing to pick up shifts on my 5 days off. I just don't know if alot of full timers apply to prn jobs...
  3. Hello. I have a decision to make and I am having trouble. Right now I have a temp ft job which ends in 5 months and I just obtained a pt position that is a year long. I cannot do both because my schedule would clash alot as the pt job basically gets ft hours. The pt job is at a large new hospital while the temp ft is in a small old hospital. I am thinking of quitting the temp ft job or ask to go pt or casual, but but I am afraid my manager will be upset. I have only worked at the temp ft for a month. Any suggestions as to what I should do? Thanks. They are both med surg.
