RN interested in working in Australia
What is it like working in Australia. Do you need to be certified for specified areas of care, such as ICU may require ACLS. Are there classes offered in hospital settings to train for telementry ect? Thanks

Masters In Nursing...Should I pursue????
I would like to get my master in biology or specialize keeping with one area I like and feel comfortable with. Yes a master would be helpful, for me anyway. I always thought working for the CDC or some other area of infection control would be very interesting and challenging. I think after some time in nursing, because it is so broad, finding something I really like and being to grasp it on a daily basis, would bring a sense accomplishment. The question is do you want to narrow your field down to a specialty or do you want to broanden it? Once you have determined this it will be obivious whether or not you will need another degree and if so, what type.
