  1. Congratulations! I just saw the message you asked me before you got in, but it took me two weeks to receive my acceptance letter as well. As far as the two courses you need to take, I don't think there is any way around it. You're going to have to take nutrition and philosophy. I do suggest talking to Nicole, the admission's counselor and ask her for yourself to be sure. Who knows, you may not have to take it now and can take it next summer before your senior year of nursing school. If you're not allowed that option, try to find a community college and take those two courses. It will save you money.
  2. Hi everyone! I made it into GBCN!!! Thank God, because for a minute, I was scared that I wasn't going to get in. I truly believe it was my essay that was highlight of my application. I poured my heart out on my essay, and I made sure that it was reviewed by several people. The only advice I can give is to not give up! Just apply and hope for the best :) My Stats: GPA: 3.1 TEAS: 84% Good Luck!
  3. Hey! Do you have the actual ati book for the teas? If so, I just suggest to use it. Use it throughly, because I can truly say there were a few questions on my teas that were either the exact same or very similar. I personally don't believe the Teas is that bad. If you study the material you are weakest in, it will help you immensely!
  4. That's what's up! I have a friend with similar stats who got in as well last semester. No, I can't grab them during spring break, because the whole system is down. No one can retrieve my transcript, not even the enrollment office. I have to wait until the 17th.
  5. That's awesome! Do you mind sharing your stats? Like gpa, TEAS score, and so on? I turned in everything except my transcript because GA state's system is down, and I can't send my official transcript until March 17th
