Hello everyone, This is my first post and I would appreciate any help you could give me with this. I a presently enrolled in the Athabasca Post RN-BSN program online. I really enjoy this program delivery, the flexibility and independence works great for me. My desire is to finish my degree and then apply for a master degree in nursing ON CAMPUS in an other university, the reason being that I want to then pursue to the Phd on a campus university where I could get funding for research etc. So my question is this: Has anybody completed their Post RN-BSN program with Athabasca and gone on to be accepted in a Masters degree in Nursing in a traditional university? I'm afraid that my degree from Athabasca won't be recognized or properly regarded by other universities who won't consider me their masters degree. I am terrified that I am putting my money and effort into a degree that won't allow me to reach my dreams. Please help!
