Guess what I passed!!!! For those of you waiting for results, let me give you hope..my test seemed just like a couple people on here who did not pass. I missed the first and last question-I felt like I got a lot wrong in the beginning that seemed like the "easier level question" and the end seemed easier with a lot of priority. I also got asked a similar question 2-3 times on the same topic (and I got a couple of those wrong). Moral of the story is you can't guess the outcome of your NCLEX. There is no way of knowing what level of questions you have reached. I had to wait 3 days and I beat myself up for no good reason..I was so sure I failed, but I didn't! Hi everyone- I just took the NCLEX and I have no idea if I passed. I too got 75 questions. I got a lot of priority questions and also a lot of assignment questions- like a nurse is reassigned to another unit-which patient do you give? Did anyone eles get a lot of those? Also the same subject came up more than once for two different topics..what's up with that! I could not gauge the difficulty level really. Well, I guess all I can do now is wait....

Hi Drysolong, The ATI test we took was a 180 question test to predict success of passing the NCLEX-RN (and also for our school to guage how we did). As I understand it- you get one score which represents the percentage of questions you got right- for example, mine was 76%. Then, there is a guidline that compares your score to national scores and that is your percentile ranking-in my case a 98th percentile. Which they say equates to a 98% chance of passing state boards. We were able to obtain a print out from ATItesting.com that gave us all that information. Hope that helps. I am taking the Kaplans course next week and will let you know how that goes. =)

Hello all, I just graduated and am preparing to take the NCLEX at the end of next month. Our class took an ATI test the last day of school and the results said I had a 98% probablity of passing the NCLEX. I'm wondering if anyone knows how accurate this is? I've started reviewing Kaplans and have been scoring significantly lower on their tests then the ATI or Sanders (in the low to mid 60s instead of mid to high 70s). This is freaking me out a little since I heard the Kaplans questions are more like the real test. Any advise out there? Thanks alot!
