  1. Endorse to texas CES expired from vermont

    my license from vermont has expired and I need to endorse to texas. my CES has already expired, do i need to repeat the whole process to endorse to texas or does cgfns still have the documents i sent them before, so that i can order for visa screen. do you still need CES or just the visa screen? for texas thanks
