  1. Hello, I've just been offered a position for Case Manager. I'm very excited about the job because it's a major career upgrade for me and I love what I'll be doing. I have been asked to give HR my salary requirements. I did some research on the average salary range and found it to be pretty wide, anywhere from $44,000 to $115,000. I don't want to go too low or price myself out of the job. Can anyone offer some possible ranges of salary for the following information? The Position: Case Manager for Elderly to help them stay in their homes as long as possible Case Load of approximately 35 patients Manager and supervise LPNs and CNAs Assess patients and lots and lots of documentation and paperwork Location: Syracuse, NY My qualifications: I have a BSN I have 2 years experience in Long Term Care and Mental Health I have never worked as a Case Manager but have approx. 3 months home care experience Any input you can offer on salary range would be appreciated, Thank you. GJ
