  4. Hello everyone I have questions. I have been an LPN for 2 years in January, however I am now a Registered Nurse as of this November. Since then I have interviewed at 4 different hospitals 3 of the 4 has called with job offers which are medsurg post op for 2 of the hospitals and sicu for the 3rd. The last interview was in the ED and that interview seemed very promising as well. I absolutely loved clinicals and Preceptorship in the ED as well as ICU's and never really liked medsurg. My question is, do you recommend a new grad not a new nurse jump into an ICU setting or the ED? Long-term goal is to travel as well so which area would be best for that in the long run? Thanks in advance!
