  2. Hi everyone, I've been a lurker on here for some time, but this is my first post. I am in my 3rd semester of community college and just starting my nursing pre-reqs. I like planning ahead, and so am looking at the courses that I'll be taking for summer and fall. I will start applying to BSN schools in January 2018. My question is, do courses for science majors look better on applications than intro courses? For example, one of the schools where I want to go to, UTMB, does not specify what type of courses to take, just that they have to be with a lab. I am already in BIOL 1406, Biology for Science Majors. I also know that I won't be able to apply to UTHSC-Houston since they do not take intro courses if i do go the intro route. Should I continue with the science major courses or take the intro to .... ones? Thank you for your advice!
