@ricklesworth, yeah I'm having the hardest time realizing it's real. I was so sure today, after calling the CON office, that I wasn't getting in... I had already applied to several accelerated BSN programs this week! Now all the crazy thoughts are running through my brain... How to pay, when to quit job, etc.... But I'm not complaining!

@ricklesworth.... Lol! Remind me of this crazy time when we graduate in a few years!

To all the accepted students - I'm soooo sorry I forgot to mention this in my earlier post...when I called the Grad Office, they told me that they just finalized the start date for the program! It will start June 7th. I was so caught up on them telling me that they made a decision on me and to wait to hear...that I didn't realize until now that this would be pertinent information for you guys! So it seems that it is now confirmed that start date for the program is June 7th, not June 21st. Hope that's helpful to some!

Positive vibes please! Dear Friends, I called OSU's admissions for a status update. They informed me that a decision on my application has been made but it goes to the Graduate Program first and they have to "do their thing" and then I will get updated. She was not able to confirm an acceptance or a rejection at this time. She told me to just wait and I should get the result soon. I really don't want to read too much into this (even though my brain is telling me all sorts of things like, "if it was a YES, then she would have just told you over the phone..."), but I am just reaching out to you all to please keep me (and others waiting!) in your thoughts since it seems decisions have now been finalized and they are just having us wait. All your support is always appreciated! Thanks.

@ricklesworth - my prayers are going up for you as well! Yes, I'm looking at those options along with the others mentioned here. Its hard to lose hope though when there is such a great support system here!

You guys!!! You have just given me so many virtual hugs!! I have been such an emotional mess over this and honestly, none of you have any idea how much all your words and encouragement have lifted me up! I am so thankful for the support. I will wait this out and see what happens - but I will definitely look at these other options that some of you have provided. THANK YOU!
