  1. Advice on how to leave job

    I recently accepted a position at a LTC facility. As in I have been there about a week. They pay well, but no benefits, and they are severely understaffed. I interviewed for a hospital floor position a couple months ago and was convinced I wouldnt hear from them again because of the time that had gone by. Well needless the say the hospital is offering me a job with full benefits and better pay - so no doubt I would be stupid to not accept it. My question is, should I still give two weeks to the LTC? Im afraid it will be almost a waste of their time and mine since Im still so green there? But at the same time I dont want to put them in a bind since I am on the schedule. Any advice?
