Wow.... Same thing happened to me when I took it on the first (12/01/15) .... Went all the way... Felt good walking until I went to the car and checked my last question which I got wrong haha. I was trying not to give up hope..the following morning I rejoiced when I saw that I passed. Such an amazing feeling. Thanks for sharing your testimony ! Stories like these encouraged me while I was preparing for the big day :)

Ive heard multiple sources say if its lower level, at or near passing it depends on the last question. It either goes above or below the line. ..

It was a definitive type... Isn't that lower level

I just took the nclex with 265 questions. I fear that I got the last question wrong which means I failed because i think it was a lower level questions. I had a lot of sata, prior/del, safety, ..a few meds here and there. No math,order of procedure,or pictures ....
