  1. RNs in Southern California can make anywhere from $28/hr in case management to $65 at a Kaiser facility
  2. Hi all, I have been working in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit for the last 8 months and will be transitioning to a surgical/trauma ICU in a level 1 trauma center (yay!). I'd like to know from all you seasoned nurses or new grads in ICU what would be a good reference guide to use so I can read up on unfamiliar diseases, drugs, etc. I already purchased the Kathy White Fast Facts Binder, but would like a more detailed book as a back up guide. Also, any tips for ICU nursing would be very much appreciated! Thanks!!
  3. Has anyone heard from Neuroscience/Stroke Unit for References? Or anything at all?
