Hi everyone!, I am currently a nursing BSN student going into my senior year next semester with a Dec. 2018 graduate date. I am eager to find information about nursing externships that are offered throughout all hospitals on long island (Northwell,CHS, private hospitals). I am open to any suggestions or information on any extern site!

Thank you for posting that, so basically I will be back and forth part time and full time. Also they do have intersession nursing classes, not all but some so maybe that would be an option.

Yes I dont see how it could possibly still take 3 yrs with everything completed, I will have to be part time too im thinking

Hey Im definitely not going to apply to stony brook now that I was accepted to farmingdale. I live like 10mins away so its perfect. Once i graduate though i want to go into a NP program and thats when I will look into Stony Brook again :) I also already completed all my pre reqs and liberal arts requirments so i dont know how my schedule will be just nursing classes? Lol but did you recieve anything in the mail btw? Im wondering if they sent anything out yet

I called and asked what the nexts step were because i rememeber last year, the accpeted students got an email right away. she said to wait to recieve a admissions packet and regularly check email for updates

Yes if you call before they contact us let me know because my luck mine will change to declined lol, uhmm & i dont know about the deposit I already attend Farmingdale so I dont know how that works

Heyy Rachel I believe admissions just started looking into applications yesterday. I was accepted to Adelphi as well, I just really cant afford it. It would be a blessing to get into farmingdale. How did you score on the teas?
