    Any HWCs for Brookdale out there? (NOT HW Director) Began as HWC about 4 months ago, and all of a sudden am being asked to take on tasks that were not discussed as eventual tasks to be added during interviews. Have been working mostly with med management, physician orders, teaching with caregivers, communicating with families, helping out where ever (dining room,activities) Now I am being told I am to take on caregiver scheduling, and on call 24/7 rotating with 2 others. Are these last 2 typical tasks for HW co-ordinators? What other things are you expected to do? Am thinkingif more duties required, more compensation is appropriate.
