  1. Hi everyone! I have some questions regarding stipulated agreements, and can't seem to get any straight answers from the BRN so I'm hoping you guys could help. I got denied my initial licensure in April 15' due to two misdemeanors, appealed the denial, and took my NCLEX in June '15. I finally received a packet from the attorney generals office regarding the hearing and asking if I would rather be interested in a stipulated agreement. I left a message for the attorney general officer letting him know that I would like to pursue and agreement. He told me that I need to send him and 'mitigating documents' that I would like to be considered in my case. What does that mean? I already sent in letters of recommendation, court documents, etc. with my initial application. Do they want these documents again? Or are they looking for other things? If anyone could give me some advice on what to expect from this point I would be forever grateful. This process has been long and stressful and I'm hoping for a happy ending, with a nursing license. Thanks guys!
