  1. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm doing a case study and I'm having a difficult time deciding whether info is subjective or objective. If the case study says "Ms. Jones was diagnosed with CHF 3 years ago. She first managed the disease with diet, but then was put on lasix since she continued to have weight gain of 4 lbs every week. She says she has diabetes and takes 15 units of NPH every morning" Would this be subjective because this is what the patient is reporting and the hospital doesn't know if that is true?
