I think it does have to be complete but I'm not 100%. I saw where we didn't need to have all of the immunizations until it was time for clinicals but then they said that the filled out form was our ticket into orientation. I just got mine completed today.

I would definitely call with that many points. I got my acceptance letter but didn't get my 2nd email so I emailed her and she said that she didn't see my response to accept my spot at first because it was buried under 1000 other emails. I'm not sure if there was a mistake but they are dealing with a lot of applicants and things can get lost in the shuffle. I would be surprised if someone with 200 points didn't get in.

feeneishia: Question for you. Are classes on Tuesday and Thursday? If so, what will be the time slots on those days?

I almost bought it for the warranty as well but I found a great deal on the Littmann and couldn't pass it up.

My sister in law wont be in the program until next fall and she already picked out her scope and it was the MDF rose gold and white. Of course it was only because it was "pretty" but I've seen where the MDF MD One was every bit as good as a Littmann AND they have a Lifetime warrantee. My Littmann only has a 3 year warrantee.

Really?? When I checked them out it was $10 extra. Which scope do you have? I also thought about getting a MDF scope. They have great reviews as well.

I also checked them out. I bought (2) NEW Littman Classic II SE's for $84.99 total which includes shipping and all. A nursing student said that we can take them to a jewelry store and have them engraved.

FYI.. Talking about saving money, eBay is definitely the way to go when purchasing a stethoscope. You have to be patient but I saved a good bit of money.

I don't think they would let someone in with less points than you and you not get in due to your last name. I would think that for that to be the case it would have to be a mistake or you didn't meet all of the requirements. I would definitely call Monday.

You might want to change the name to include "RN" or people that are starting their general studies in the fall might not know the page is for the RN Program. Its an open page so they will be able to join it.

I do not know about the FB page but I do have a question. Do we get a discount on stuff like stethoscopes if we order through them? I'm assuming we don't but just wanted to be sure.

How many points did you apply with? I thought I saw somewhere you applied with like 186. Maybe I'm wrong on that. I got in with 186.5 points.

They are sending out full time program emails if hrice1 got an email to the Jefferson Campus. Shelby is the only campus with a part time program. Yall should be hearing something soon.

I figured more people would be using loan money. That's a lot out of pocket. Will be nice once you graduate though not having to worry about student loans.

You don't have anything to worry about. I've heard no one with over 200 points has been denied. I'm not 100% on that fact, but with 225.5 points you are well beyond that mark.

That's weird. The lady I talked to said this week and she was very friendly. I sure hope she was right about it being this week.
