  1. Hello TruckerWife! Im also a trucker wife You want to call or email Kaye Henry as soon as possible. I spoke to her the day I registered at GPTC. She gave me the dates for the information session which was great. The staff gave the test dates and helpful tips and even answered personal questions at the end of the session. I dont know when the info session will be or if it already passed but either way Mrs. Henry is very open and helpful. [email protected] be sure to email her from your student email!
  2. I got in. I'm not sure about Cece2286. I think even the teachers were surprised so many people showed up to the orientation. They said we were the biggest class
  3. They give you great info about deadlines and contact info for advisors. They also give you the schedule for the classes you would take throughout the program. I would recommend going because they answer your questions also.
  4. No. They didn't say. I would email Mrs. Henry today to ask if a spot has opened up for you. I hope it did!!!
  5. I had 3 As and 1 B. But like Cece2286 said... study for the TEAS. I know the book helps alot but I found a lot of useful videos on Youtube. I'm posting the links below to the 2 I think saved my life! I scored an 82.7!
  6. Hey... sorry it took so long for me to respond. Not everyone. 26 out of 28 though
  7. Yay! I've been waiting for you guys so I could say I got in at GPTC. I knew you would get in!!!
  8. So im glad you have plan B all set with Athens. Just dont give up or take 2 year breaks. Keep going no matter what!! I'm praying you get in tho.
  9. My Teas score was an 82.7 I had an A in the prereqs except Math. I got a B in math. But that came with a lot of work. I took AP2 twice got a C twice. ...and got denied into gwinnett tech for the RN program. Took 2 years off and then tried the combined anatomy class to help my GPA. I got an 82 on the NLN at Lanier tech so I couldn't even apply there. Just road block after road block
  10. Hi. I got in. The orientation is on the 20th. Ill definitely count the people there and let you know. Keep hope!!!
  11. Well no comments but a lot of views so I'll go ahead and share that I spoke with Ms. Henry today. Emails won't go out until after tomorrow afternoon. So take a deep breath you're still in the game!!
  12. No GPTC applicants? Today is the deadline and we find out on Monday. My overall is a 310.125( If im calculating correctly) Anyone else out there who might know if this is a good enough score??
  13. Aaaahhhh ...that is a while. But you all will get in. I'm rooting for you!
  14. Same to you. We find out the 27th. So its pretty close.....im more excited than nervous. When do you all find out?
  15. It's Georgia Piedmont Technical. It's located in Clarkston GA but the LPN classes are in Covington GA. Deadline for apps is 6/23 and we also are taking the teas for entrance.
