  1. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SOME STATES PROHIBIT ON CALL BECAUSE IT IS CONSIDERED MANDATORY OVERTIME. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF IT IS ILLEGAL IN NORTH CAROLINA.D S i i
  2. Our Hospital Is A 200 Bed Hospital . At The Present We Are Having To Do Call Two Days A Month. The Admnstration Would Like To Do Away With On Call Days And Has Asked The Staff With Ways To Do Away With It And Still Have Some Sort Of Coverage. Can Anyone Help Me With This. We Seriously Want To Do Away With This Inconvience . At The Present We Have To Cover For Three Floors And This Seems To Be Unfair To The Floors That Are Properly Staffed.. Thanks For Any Suggestions You May Have.
  3. I am interested in knowing what different weekend option plans offer. Our hospital is in the process of putting one together and I am not certain what to expect. Thank you Marie
