I know it's hard as my situation. That's why I would like to get some suggestions. Will it be easier if I just start with volunteering or some fellowship programs? Thanks.

Hi all, I am from Taiwan and had 5 years medical center experience. Got my RN license in States and haven't had chance to practice for 4.5 years. Even though, I really really want to get back to work. Any idea how to get my benefits and get my feel wet soon? Thanks!!
