  1. What do I do?

    I applied to take my boards but they found an arrest from 2003 on my record. I had to have a federal background check when I got my insurance rep license and nothing came up so I didn't think it was on there anymore. If I knew it was on my record I would have disclosed it. The letter they sent says I need to send in court papers which I have and a written letter explaining what happened and the outcome of arrest. I'm not sure if they are asking why I didn't disclose or what actually happened and why I was arrested. Help!!!
