I know it is a hard exam. It tests your critical thinking ability. I would advise you to read everyday, and do questions. Use dictionary, make note of what u learn daily as a memory. Go back and read ur note sometimes. U cant answer the question if u dont fully understand every word in the question. Good luck. U can do it!!

I am currently an licensed vocational nurse in CA. I am planning to move to TX. Wonder if i can do paper works with the board to transfer my license there. Anyone knows?

@ ValerieW wait for your license card to be home. i waited like 9 weeks. I sent money order on August 3 and got my license card home at October 8.

I called the board. They said that letter means u passed. Congratz it also took 8-12 weeks to get ur license card, for those who still waiting.

Hi, I am in CA. I took nclex recently but haven't gotten the result letter. 6 weeks But I got a letter called Initial License Information" It doesn't say whether or not I passed the exam. It said " Congratulation! you have met ..... Please be aware that you cannot work as licensee until you have your license card in your possession." I wonder if i passed. Also in letter, there are steps to apply for license paying 150$ or apply on breeze.com I wonder if u know.

The letter didn't say I pass or fail. This is what it said in the letter "Congratulations! You have met the requirements for licensure as a Vocational Nurse or Psychiatric Tech. Please be aware that you cannot work as a licensee until you have your license card in your possession." Does it mean i am licensed?

A letter saying congatz and said i am qualified to be lisensed as lvn. does it mean that i passed? I havent recieved official result bc the mail was lost.
