I know there isn't a national list. But was thinking employee records would be under SSN's. I will let it go and just see what happens! Thanks for putting my mind at ease!

How long does the Do Not Rehire list last? Does it depend on the facility? It was my first tech job. And honestly, I was scared. I lasted only a month. I realize the importance of not burning your bridges and haven't at any other employer since then. Im not 100% sure I am placed on the list, but just assume I was since I didn't give proper notice. Now a RN and almost 10 years later, I applied to this facility. Surprisingly received a call back and have had multiple interviews. Would I have made it this far if I was on the Do Not Rehire list? Is there an indicator that pops up from DNR applicants? I didn't put it on the application. Im quite ashamed of it because I really don't have any other excuse other than feeling intimidated.
