  1. Hi RangyN! Thanks for replying. Nice to meet another petitioning student. How has your process been so far? Are you currently in nursing1010 as well? We will be the first class the Teas is required as a criteria for admission so I wonder how that will affect the GPA requirement. It states that to be considered you have to have a 2.5 GPA and get at least a 65 teas but due to it only being 80 seats, I can't imagine that being true.
  2. Thank you for all of your kind words and yes this was extremely helpful. Did you find nursing 1010 to be difficult? My section starts next week.
  3. Congrats on being accepted into the program. I am currently petitioning for spring '16 and wanted to know if you had any insight into the program and requirements to being accepted (Ex: teas score, gpa)?. Also how how you like the program so far?
  4. At my school you have to "petition" or apply for a slot in the nursing program . It is basically the process of obtaining a seat in the program.
  5. Hello fellow nursing students. I recently moved to Maryland and have just enrolled in the Nursing 1010 class at PGCC and I am extremely nervous about the process. I wanted to know if anyone had any insight on what it takes to get in the nursing program at Prince George Community College (EX. Teas score, GPA) . I have heard that the program is very competitive. Also is there anyone else petitioning for Spring 2016?
