I know a girl in her second year at OSUOKC and she has a normal IPad. She said you won't need it in the beginning though, so you might want to wait and see what they recommend. I have a normal iPad I'm going to use. I'm counting down the days until I get to meet everyone!!

Try just calling the school's main line and asking for the nursing department!

I'm not sure what the cutoff was, but I do know they mailed all the letters at some point Thursday. I got mine Friday, but live close (in OKC). You'll be getting a letter today or tomorrow surely!

I received an email Sunday at 10PM saying I hadn't gotten in because my GPA was too low... I'm going through the process of having them recalculate it now. Just got off the phone with the GET office where the lady told me it was miscalculated. Not really sure what they're going to do now because I should've gotten in. ALWAYS double check, folks! :)

I haven't received anything yet either... It looks like they've let everyone know the same day in the past, regardless of whether you got in. I had 15 points too.

This is SO frustrating.

Really hoping we get e-mails today, so I can make plans regardless..... It's not easy finding good childcare last minute!

Hi everyone! There's an old thread about OSU-OKC nursing vs OCCC nursing, but it's from 2011. I know things change, so I'm wondering what everyone thinks currently?! What are the pros and cons of each school? Reputations?

Micro and Physiology are difficult when taken together, but they're both so important for any medical job (especially nursing)! You can do it! :) Did you hear about the new $13 million health sciences building OSUOKC is building?! It's expected to be done by Fall '16 too!

Yeah... I'm pretty much a nervous wreck this week! Whyyy does it take so long?! I applied to OSUOKC as well and their letters aren't coming until beginning of Nov! The wait for both schools is killing me!

I applied with 81 points, so I'm pretty nervous. It could honestly go either way, so I'm not banking on it. Will apply again if I don't get in with more points. Do you know when we'll know something? Good luck to you!! And I agree, it doesn't hurt to apply regardless!

Hey everyone! I applied with 15 points for Spring 2016. I've been hearing the past cut offs have been around 16 points though. If I don't get in this semester, I'll reapply for the Fall '16 class with around 17-18 pts! If anyone hears anything about acceptance letters, let the rest of us know please!! :)
