  1. I am thrilled to announce I was recently accepted into the University of MS Medical Center's Accelerated BSN program, beginning in January of 2016. What an exciting adventure this will be! The program lasts one full calendar year, ending in December of 2016. I'm reaching out to my fellow students in both traditional and accelerated programs for any advice you may can offer a new nursing student. Some questions: What should I expect/prepare for heading in? What do you wish you had known going into school that you didn't? What are some study tips? When should I begin preparing for my NCLEX exam? Best shoes to wear for clinicals? General advice for a new nursing student? Thanks in advance, I can hardly wait to begin! -Grace
