  1. Elliot Hospital now requires BSN for new grads. Same with Concord, plus every listing I've seen requires experience as well.
  2. Sell them all. They become obsolete almost as soon as they are printed, so sell them while they are still worth more than a penny.
  3. All Baptist new hires with less than one year experience must apply through the new grad program now. I did a large portion of my clinicals there, and several of my friends are in the new grad program now. I would apply, but I am moving out of state next year. The application period for the January start is open now, so don't wait. The job market in Jax is brutal, so get a lot of apps in.
  4. I graduated in May with an ASN from a State school in Florida. I am moving to Manchester, NH, since my wife was accepted into a Physician Assistant program there. I will be completing my BSN online next year. I have no healthcare experience outside of clinical training, but I am licensed in Florida and New Hampshire. I have BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association. I have been applying online to numerous jobs in the southern New Hampshire area with no success. I see that everyone requires BSN or one year experience minimum. Does anyone know if any place in southern NH is new grad/ASN friendly? I don't want to work LTC, but I'm open to it if that is the only possibility.
