  1. I am a RN with 2 years experience as a nurse and have been looking into beginning an FNP program the last few months. The research I am doing terrifies me.... So I have a few questions and would love any advice anyone could offer! I live in Georgia about 30 mins from Atlanta so the majority of the program's I have been looking at are online. I have been accepted into chamberlain, but I am very put off by the whole "find your own preceptor thing." I have a friend in their program about to start her first clinical and despite calling over 100 places she has not found a preceptor and is facing being pushed back this semester. I looked into UNG and they also require you to find a preceptor. Is this just a thing I will have to face with any FNP program online or not? Does anyone know of any porgrams that place or at least assist in placement?
