  1. HESI Live Review Course Refund

    Has anyone applied to get a refund after taking the HESI live review course and failing NCLEX? I have called several times, emailed and left voice messages. This has been going on for almost a month! I haven't heard anything back from Elsevier. Each person passed me off to the next. I am very frustrated with this whole process. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
